週一全家出遊整日大餐外加零食,隔天立馬重0.8kgw,週二開始贖罪,第一天:黃金海帶絲皮蛋豆腐、苦瓜排骨雞翅湯、百香芭樂、鹽水雞翅1隻、餛飩一顆、無糖豆漿350cc、半夜餓再炒一盤麻油鮮蝦吃9隻;早上起床如廁後,一則以喜,一則以憂,喜的是飲食控制才一天,體重就回來了,還比吃大餐前少0.1kgw,難以置信;但憂的是,昨晚半夜11點多吃的那9隻麻油炒鮮蝦,一早起床發現「鎖喉😱」,還好今天不講課,鳴乎哀哉...🤦🏻‍♀️看來今天要多喝水當啞巴.低頭勤做工🤣🤣🤣
