終於又看到87了 看來昨天少吃加重訓有效 希望這次能撐久一些 潛艇堡真的不好吃 但熱量不高

潛艇堡不好吃+1。

一般選蜂蜜燕麥不加醃漬物 菜全加 蜂蜜芥末醬少加 不過還是不好吃 只是熱量真的不高 有時到運動中心完帶一個當晚餐隔天就有效果
