昨天整天爆碳(平日的4-5倍碳量),從第一餐上課現場僅有的火腿起司三明治+紅豆湯2杯,傍晚下課路上先墊肚子買的胡椒餅,到晚餐和朋友相約吃的大蒜土雞鍋、大腸臭臭鍋和麻油麵線,以及半夜老公喊餓,幫他煮餛飩湯+蛋包,我也吞了5顆餛飩🤣另外咬3口抹茶巧克力😝簡直亂吃ㄧ通😜今早跑完廁所,體重依舊停留在身上,還加了0.1😝今天飲食要來控制一下了😝
