經過兩天大吃大喝 星期一開始節制 趁脂肪還未堆積前趕快消耗掉 中午吃自己帶的水煮蔬菜 晚上去作trx 與吃潛艇堡 只是宜蘭帶回來的奶凍與狀元餅要消 儘可能早上吃
