今天好操 汗噴了 深蹲肩推 踏階 trx 伏地挺身 划船 弓箭步 棒式摸肩 各一百下 完蛋了 把按摩槍拿出來用了 手好酸 一樣賽百味 無糖豆漿兩杯😅😅😅
