今天下午還是破功了 芝麻球 還吃了一碗麵線🤦🏻♂️ 教練有在肥秘密潛水 説我吃太多 今天好操 單腳掛繩波比跳 下去另一隻腳不碰地 雙手還要彎曲作單腳伏地挺身 本來要三組六十下 大家抗議下 改兩組 最後平躺 左手碰右腳 右手碰左腳 雙手碰雙腳十下三組 流好多汗 一樣賽百味加無糖豆漿😅😅😅
