今天中午吃好飽 運動前小潘 今天遲到10分鐘 雙手各10公斤啞鈴胸推 30公斤摃鈴深蹲 肘撐瑜珈球 順時針逆時針各五圈5組滾輪拉力繩 練手 練腳 完蛋了 等下打筋膜槍 跑步去 賽百味加無糖豆漿🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️
