今天忘了拍照 只好拿之前照片潑 前幾天練完背好痛 跟教練抱怨幾句 沒用😅 今天摃鈴深蹲 30公斤 15下5組 跳箱20下 4公斤啞鈴x2 練手 雙腳夾6公斤啞鈴捲腹 好酸😭 賽百味加無糖豆漿💪
