No more Chia in water after today hahah... Will use milk instead

besides chia and quinoa, any other options?

Chia seed is for creating sense of fullness and the convenience (small amount of 15 to 30g daily and very easy to consume) in fulfilling nutrients such as dietary fibre. Quinoa is for white rice replacement: Easier & faster to cook than brown rice. As for Oatmeal, it is now my daily staple food for the reasons above :)

haven't tried quinoa before, taste similar to brown rice?

Quinoa is small fine & crunchy grains. I find it easier to eat than brown rice. https://shopee.sg/product/41252210/668400586

I tried Chia seeds with milo, black coffee and black tea. Milk is the most fuss-free (just take bottle from fridge and pour into cup) and the taste match better than the rest.
