今天都作手 最後金字塔九十下 肘撐一分半 一樣賽百味加無糖豆漿 慘了 今天去木村買了菠蘿奶酥吐司 運動前後各吃了一大片 等下還是去跑步🏃🏻附上中午吃的滷大G腿 好吃😋
