我也吃3000卡 但我沒有增很快 我穩定增肌中 能爽爽吃又是不會增加太多脂肪

而且你吃水餃又配貢丸湯 全部都加工食品 水餃10顆就600了 你8顆大概480 還有貢丸裡面脂肪一堆你這樣不行啊
