晚上開會晚了 只上半小時trx 還好還有練到深蹲 腳吊繩一下俯地挺身一下捲腹 另外腳吊繩側平板30秒三組換邊 最後蛋塔 賽百味 黑芝麻豆漿 義大利買的巧克力沒照😅😅😅
