運動前吃頂呱呱 一根香蕉 一個禮拜沒trx 有點吃力 一樣賽百味 忍不住抓了一把洋芋片 等下跑步去🏃🏻‍♂️

沒啊,就一直都差不多⋯ 沒有再下,就沒有po⋯ 好像應該調⬆️目標,反正也⬇️不去了⋯

我现在衣服穿xs-s合身剛好,再瘦就不能穿合身剪裁的裙子衣服了,有些合版裙子穿寬鬆就不好看了⋯ 不過我还是希望再瘦一點⋯
