我一早起床的喝水量500左右😆不小心喝了水財量體重也會覺得數字不準

努力中的自己
我最近才剛買秤.睡前秤一次.隔天起床在秤一次..平均起床會比隔天少0.7-1.2kgs. 是正常..(我的情況.沒少就是水腫.漲了也沒招..要以一週的平均來看...只要餐局後就像過山車🎢🤣🤣
