冰了兩天的便當 中午都有飯局 今天吃雞腿便當沒照 昨天中午麵線水煎包 便當丟掉可惜 吃了蘋果鳳梨😅😅😅

我也不願意啊 扣士扣生菜很貴😅

我就叫你不要再準備了。平時中午就吃全家的減肥便當啊。或超商雞胸雞蛋、簡單吃一下就好,沒差那幾片菜。水果更是反效果。
