掃墓日,起個大早和老公開車南下,大塞車超想睡覺💤

早餐:蔥蛋、無糖豆漿、咬3口老公的飯糰
午餐:大埔鐵板燒-菲力、羊肉、鱈魚、鮮蚵、高麗菜、豆芽菜、白飯1/2碗、紫菜湯喝2碗、無糖綠茶一瓶
晚餐:回程直接開去黃昏市場買菜,順便試買食尚玩家介紹的東加炸雞腿,默默啃了2隻腿、1隻雞翅和2顆花枝丸,外加喝ㄧ杯500cc現榨的果汁-蔓越莓奇異果鳳梨汁(去糖去冰),今天簡直太Over了,不太敢面對明天的體重🤣🤣🤣

PS:中午拉一次/剛到家又拉ㄧ次/目前肚子還在咕嚕嚕叫,感覺今晚會有第三次🤦🏻‍♀️希望進出達到平衡就好😝🤣😜
