— MC第五天 —

週末貪杯(昨天和前天),喝了一瓶德國葡萄柚調酒、一瓶冰火ICE調酒,外加陪老公吃宵夜泡麵、獨自吃完蝦味鮮1大包,體重微增就算了,早上起床驚覺,消失很久的老毛病居然又犯了(胃食道逆流和胃冑冑),酒精和宵夜果然不能和我當朋友,今天起,我還是乖一點切換回健康養生模式🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
