越冷越想要吃東西🤦🏻‍♀️早餐明明吃了3碗自己煮的蒔蔬拉麵,中餐不餓就沒吃,下午收到廠商送的禮盒,拆開吃了一塊鮑魚當點心,怎麼6點一到又感到肚子餓了🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
晚餐簡單吃一碗餛飩湯、小碗乾拌麵、一份燙高麗菜,冷冷的天容易餓😝
