中午和先生外出吃鐵板燒-海陸雙人套餐,忘記拍照記錄了😝我吃了半碗飯、2隻奶油檸檬鮮蝦、半片雪魚、半份菲力牛排、杏鮑菇、起司蛋捲、荷包蛋x1顆、荳芽菜、綠色蔬菜、檸檬水2杯😋
一早7點半老爸來電,晚餐要我們回娘家吃好料🤦🏻‍♀️怎麼感覺又是ㄧ頓和尾牙不分上下的餐點🤦🏻‍♀️
59.6 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
