昨天下午朋友來訪,晚餐外出宴客吃的「泰式青咖哩火鍋」也未免太補了吧,今早體重止跌反彈🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
還好今天休假,要好好來運動消化一下💪
