昨天太晚回家吃的晚餐-「豬排+白醬培根波菜蒟蒻麵」超大碗,雖然飯後有用家裡腿部滑步機邊看電視邊運動60分鐘補救,但今早體重還是增加一點...是預期中的🤣🤣🤣
