I started a new journey (I am trying to ingrain there is not so much instant gratification but little positivies each day that will be worth it in the end) on the 18th by joining the gym again! I went 4 times the first week! As of 1/25/2010 i started sticking to my diet and going to the gym, wow the difference both of them together make :)

I am excited. My same unrealistic goal as last year is to be below 300 by my Birthday, March 18th. Though really I will be happy just to be sticking to things.
146.2 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
