Well I'm officially out of bread, will intentionally not buy any now (eating down my surgery recovery stash towards low carb again). That means no more egg and ham sandwiches, I'll need to do scrambles again (still very tasty but less convenient for eating). I always feel better when I'm all the way "on", my body is less achy, it's just it takes a little more planning and less laziness lol.

Chili and scrambled eggs (separately) are the food plan for the day. And upping my fluids to help the GI slowdown issues from the meds. I struggle to remember to get it in although I always remember to drink my coffee...priorities I guess. :)
97.4 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 31.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
