After a long while, I’ve been trying to lose weight with my instinct, not tracking my calories. It turned out I don’t gain weight, but I don’t lose weight too.
So now I’m coming back to collect all the data about my diet to lose weight. I’m not gonna believe in my instinct to lose weight anymore.
