Maintenance Day 32
Waist = 34 3/4"; Up 1/8"

Sushi feast post best lift day in a minute. Then poached a third of Pop's sandwich. And a handful of chips. And a chocolate biscotti. Grilled up a late night Canadian bacon and triple cheese toasty melt. On wheat. Cause health. Topped it all with a pasty white bread slider roll. Buttered, but untoasted. Still under 3000...
