Last Night

Bench: 5X205; Up 1; On Target

Busy chore day. Botched the timing and got pinched by the weekend early gym close. Barely hit my bench. Worked through my squat warm up pretty quickly, but got the 15 minute warning at 185, and decided to walk away. Felt good, but didn't like the time pressure, especially as I get closer to PR territory. Onward.
