It’s been a weird up n down month but I finally started paying attention and eating “real food” meaning heavy proper meals and not so many “calorie” hacks that’s left me hungry and snacking. Lots is prepping and planning though and I’m eyeing my macros too 60g far, 140 protein and 170 carbs, give n take 100 cals to land around 1800-1900 per day. My lifts are stronger at the gym too. Fingers crossed as all I really want is to be under 179 😆
84.5 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
