I’m counting macros a bit more carefully and aim for 60g fat, 140g protein and 170g carbs, right around 1800 cals per day. So far I’m loving it. Made a decision to add 0% Greek yoghurt back into my diet so I can reach protein a bit easier. So far my lifts feel stronger, energy great weight steady but not climbing either and I’m super satisfied and don’t feel deprived. So fingers crossed lol. But yeah eggs are life. And carbs are aaaahhmazing 🤣🤣🤣 Just trying to start trouble early in the morning 👋

That’s awesome low key. I started focusing on the same thing a few months ago and added in the yogurt too. A spoon to pb and low sugar jam in it are my new favorite. I look forward to it every day. I feel much the same results. I think I kept calories low for too long.

Jelly and Peanut better in the yoghurt is amazing. I use a few blue berries or like one strawberry and sprinkle of protein powder. 💪🏻
