Yesterday I ate a lot more food, but not much calories different.

- pasta 200g with a lot of vegetables
- 1 very big mango

Calories ~1000cal
Carb ~86%
Protein ~10%
Fat ~4%

My meal plan today is rice with soy sauce and some spices. When I was a kid I saw poor people ate rice with fish sauce, chilli, and garlic. But I don’t like fish sauce, so I will use soy sauce instead. I’m sure it will suit my taste.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
