What I ate yesterday
- sweet potato 940g - pineapple 500g - mango paste 95g - bean noodle 35g (in sukiyaki) - mangoes 2-3 through day
I consume around 1500calories yesterday. Almost all of it were carbohydrates, more than 90% of calories, around 4-6% was protein, and the rest, less than 4% of calories was fat.
I split the meals throughout the day unlike before, that I ate big meal and starve all day.
I think I will stay with this strategy this week and see will it work.
