Day 1. Slept in a bit, having a black coffee with stevia and watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead again. I like the idea of doing the juicing and I'm starting to purchase the green juice from Publix to see if it's something I can get into and stay with. Need the extra nutrition at this point in addition to what I'm eating. Concerned a little about the extra carbs but will count them in when I do it.
Planning to just go take a walk today, because I can. See where I end up.
