I forgot to write my weight yesterday.
This week I started my strict whole plant food diet, no animal products (except whey after workout), no processed food, also no salt oil and sugar.
My weight went down even I ate the same and add cashew nuts to my diet.
My gym progress yesterday was pretty great, I hit new record for my leg press at 440lbs, that’s about 100kg additionally from my body weight. My legs were shaken after finished that exercise.
