Yesterday I’m the evening I went to a wedding ceremony as had dinner there. I ate meat and fish too, which I normally staying vegetarian. So my diet yesterday crashed all rules, such as plant based, vegetarianism, no salt, no sugar, no oil.
89.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
