My weight went up reflects the cheat yesterday. Technically no one can gain this much weight a day, because 1/2kg increasing weight means 4000kcal, so I assume that my body continuously absorb more water because of salt.
Normally that water should be released in few days which cause the weight decrease. But the past weeks my weight didn’t go down that much.
I think after the bulking period I will have to go dry fasting instead of water fasting to release those excess water.
