My weight went up. As expected of yesterday.
First I went to gym early morning, had pre and post workout meals as normally.
I went out seeing the dentist, got some bread filled with raisins, peanuts, and another bun filled with peanut paste for lunch, I got home around 3pm.
After getting home, I had a very big meal. After that I couldn’t finish my dinner, ended up throwing sukiyaki away.
