I think I have made improvement. This week I cheated only on Monday with the leftover snack, and that’s all cheating in this week.
For the past couple of days I ate everything perfectly as planned. And only one day (which is today) my weight slowly and stably went up.
This morning I measured my waist and found out that my waistline increased for 2cm from 86cm to 88cm. That’s the cause why I feel like my shorts are fitter. I gained some visceral fat.
I know that I have too much visceral fat. My abs recover so slowly after I do core workout. That’s the clearest sign of visceral fat. I hope that during my fasting I can’t burn most of my visceral fat.
