Unbelievably my weight increased this much. But now I’m not planning to lose weight. This is gonna stress me a lot when doing pull up. 😓
Yesterday I ate a lot of fruits, and I messed up my poop timing a bit this morning, not only that, my urine this morning is more yellow than normal as well.
I need to monitor my weight, my diet, and other symptoms carefully.
