Surprisingly my weight didn’t increase!!!! Even I had snacks yesterday.
I can see that my belly bloats so much, and I even feel like my shorts are tighter. 😓
But it’s not clearly that I’m fatter, because I can see some muscles clearer, such as my biceps, my shoulders, my quads, especially my quad tendons which make my leg joints pretty angular now.
Anyway it doesn’t matter that the weight I gain is muscle or fat, because the increasing weight is both fat and muscle. There is around 2 months left before I start my 1 month fasting.
It’s gonna be safer for longer fasting if I have more stored fat.
