昨天開始節制.吃不多.
睡醒:自己調的膠原蛋白飲750cc
午餐:白飯半碗(小).豬腳中節1/2塊.滷豆腐1/2塊.滷筍絲1/2份.滷蛋半顆.味噌蛋花豆腐湯半碗.
晚餐:炒米粉1小碗.芥菜雞湯1碗.
61.3 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.3 kg a Week
