Yesterday I stick with the plan very well. I checked my sodium intake and found out that my sodium consumption is around 2300mg, which the maximum cap for daily intake, and around half of that amount is from isolated soy protein.

This makes me worried a bit. And I will try to find a way to solve this problem.

And lastly it seems like my weight is permanently increased because it didn’t go down after few days have passed. I’m fatter but I’m stronger too (I can lift heavier weight). This is what I expected from this plan.

It’s good thou even weight went up, because I expected it to increase. I feel like I have power over my body. I can control it however I want.
83.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
