At first I was hoping that this diet will make me gain weight, because after 3 months I will do prolonged fasting for a month.

But the result isn’t what I expected. My weight seems to go down slowly.

I don’t mind to lose weight, but I just want to have some stored fat to fast as long as possible.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
