Yesterday I got bike crash from poor quality footpath in Bangkok.
I have been thinking that I already found a way to effectively and efficiently lose weight which is OMAD keto diet, then why do I need to find other way to lose weight?
So today I’m back on the plan. Almost a week that I lost track. I lost those precious time for no progress. It’s not the worst that my weight doesn’t go up. So now I’m telling myself to go on.
