Todays weight is lower than expected, probably because yesterday I consumed too less sodium.
And I cheated with a small bar of chocolate but still in caloric deficit, so it’s alright.
I was strict only on the first week, but after that I will become less strict. I can cheat as long as it doesn’t break that 50g of carb cap, still in OMAD, and have caloric deficit.
