To decrease water weight loss I add MSG around 10g to my meal plan. But it seems like it doesn’t help much.

Nothing else to mention, everything was perfectly as planned.
81.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
