I decided to start my new diet today, so after today’s exercises I will eat 4 eggs and soy protein, take a warm shower and go back home to eat 700g of chicken and green salad.
83.3 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
