Surprisingly my weight seems pretty stable. Still on the week, which I’m going to eat a lot.
On Friday I will go 1 meal and have lots of carbs at once, after that I will cut all the carbs I intake.
Getting into keto may take some times, so on Saturday I will go with my new keto meal plan, but for Sunday I have 2 plans.
Plan A, I will go with my keto meal on Sunday.
Or plan B, I will fast on Sunday to get into keto faster before Monday.
I prefer plan A thou, but on Monday I will workout, so I want to get into keto before that.
