Yesterday was cheat day 😑
My weight came up a lot. And I still don’t go back to rope jumping. This morning my knee is much better. Carbs is very essential for recovery.
And I decided to change my plan about rope jumping.
I will still do rope jumping everyday, but only 1000skips per day in the morning, no more afternoon jumps.
And one last thing,I eat very little vegetables, so I decided to add salad to my meal plan.
My salad is very low carb, the dressing is real mayonnaise. It’s made from lettuce, tomato, onion, and mushroom.
I will add the salad to every meals on no-exercise day, and to my 2 lunches meal in the afternoon on exercise day.
I won’t add the salad to my post workout meal, because I think faster digestion is better for post workout meal.
