set goals right..there is no building muscle and losing weight at same time...nuh uh... stay focus on achieving goals. Set realistic goal take thing slow and keep progressing... stay healthy everyone! 🤗

That's right! No changes on the weighing scale could be due to muscles increasing while fats has been melted away :)
