11/19早安~高蛋白飲食一個月了(中午跟晚餐高蛋白飲食早餐碳水一樣)體重跟肌肉💪量都差不多,只是吃了好多肉肉,吃到有點怕怕的⋯為什麼大家吃高蛋白飲食會瘦,我都不會,反而之前亂吃的高碳水化合物會瘦呢?ps:但是自己覺得現在好像比較健康😂😂😂
