While i practice to eat more protein coz of recovery and building from resistance training... i still encourage a balance diet and some workout at least 150min a week...healthy way to lose weight... 70% diet 30% excercise ..there is no one way abt it.
79.5 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
